Roger McMenamin has been the litigation specialist for the law firm of Shor, Levin & DeRita, P.C., since 1998.

Along with seasoned personal injury advocate David S. Katz, Roger focused on assisting people injured in accidents to be compensated for their loss. After becoming proficient in handling personal injury matters, Roger then joined the law firm of Shor, Levin & DeRita, P.C., as a litigation specialist, protecting the rights of injured workers across the state of Pennsylvania.

In 1991 he received his bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Gettysburg College and his J.D. from Ohio Northern University in 1993. Roger began his legal career working for the Montgomery County District Attorney as well as working with the Montgomery County Public Defender and spent time assisting Bucks County Legal Aide Services.

Roger is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
